Oversized Items

Stretched canvas paintings labeled as oversized incur a CA$40 shipping fee. It will be considered so if package:

(1) Has a dimension exceeding 40 inches

(2) Measures 30 inches or more along second longest side

Pick-Up option

Local pick-ups are available for clients in the Toronto area.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Artworks are shipped from Toronto, Canada. For international shipments, buyers are responsible for any applicable customs, duties or taxes. It is also the buyer’s responsibility to be aware of these charges.

Shipping to the U.S.: Chapter 97 of the harmonized tariff schedule

According to the HTS, works of art and art prints are exempt from tariffs (HS Codes: 9701.91, 9702.90, 4911.91).

Returns

All original paintings, prints and products are final sale.
